Balconies: a deck upstairs and a covered patio below

Adding a balcony off of an upstairs room creates two spaces, the deck above, and the new room-feel of the area beneath. This deck was built to maximize the view out of the master bedroom. Lighting was added to the underside to help create an outdoor dining area. We used Trex decking and railing with tempered glass panels.

LOVE it!!! I am looking to redesign a backyard patio with aluminum roof and convert to a balcony with patio underneath...but mine will have a staircase up to it because I have no 2nd story access. I can't wait to gain the extra space. I love the openness of the railing to see down.

How much would it cost to add this to an already built house in Florida?
